Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

KSFOW provides articles about parenting, child development, and education for parents, caregivers, and educators. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit ksfow.com or contact us. KSFOW is responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at Jeff20260318@gmail.com.

2. Information we handle

  • Website requests: Our server and hosting provider may receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, the page requested, request time, browser details, and error information.
  • Email: If you choose to email us, we and our email provider process your email address, your message, and any information you include. The site does not submit a contact form on your behalf.
  • Theme preference:If you change between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage. The theme control does not send this preference to KSFOW.
  • Editor access: The article management area uses a session cookie for access.
  • Google Ads measurement: We use the Google tag to understand visits and conversions connected with our advertising. Google may process technical details, page activity, referring information, and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID.

Public visitors do not need an account. We do not currently offer newsletter sign-ups, article comments, or visitor uploads.

3. Why we use information

We use technical request information to deliver pages, investigate errors, and protect the site. We use emails you send us to read and respond to your questions or requests. Editor session information is used to provide access to the management area.

Where European data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure informational website and responding to messages, and on legal obligations where applicable. Google Ads measurement helps us understand the performance of advertising campaigns and attributed conversions.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The public site saves the optional light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. You can change the theme at any time or clear this preference through your browser settings.

The management area uses an HTTP-only session cookie for access, with a maximum age of seven days. It also saves an editor's language choice in the browser's local storage.

The public site loads the Google tag for Google Ads measurement. Google may set first-party cookies that store an advertising click identifier or related measurement information. How Google processes information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can restrict or clear cookies through your browser settings.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have a right to data portability or to complain to a data protection authority. Email us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the site or its information practices change. The date at the top will show when the policy was last revised. For privacy questions or requests, email Jeff20260318@gmail.com.
